Joyce (Hegenbarth) Dean, 47

"Our Lord peacefully called his servant Joyce (Hegenbarth) Dean home" on July 23, 2007. She was 47.

Though we count this as a loss, "Joyce attained the prize she sought most of her life, to live eternally in His presence." We have lost a devout wife, adoring mother and a sincere friend.

Joyce found her purpose here reaching out to the lost and gently guiding those who had wandered back to the Lord.

"We urge all who knew Joyce and respected her relationship with the Lord to follow in her devotion and listen to 'that still small voice,' and obey it with boldness and grace unto Jesus Christ."

Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Jim, of Hayden Lake, Idaho; and daughter, Kristen.

A celebration of her life will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at 110 Lone Cedar Drive in Columbia Falls, the private home of a friend. We encourage everyone who knew and loved Joyce to join in a time of remembrance and honor. For directions and details, please call 752-8210 or 212-9313.
