Someone passed a fake $5 bill at an East Idaho Street restaurant.

A Hawthorne Avenue woman received a letter from her incarcerated ex-husband, whom she has a restraining order against.

A former friend of a man's wife tried to force his way into the couple's Sixth Avenue West residence. The husband called police saying the man was trespassing. The man then called police saying he was just trying to retrieve some property.

Two irate drivers on West Idaho Street called police on each other, each claiming the other person threatened to beat them up.

Officers counseled a Hawthorne Avenue resident who says they were threatened by a neighbor.

A 12th Street West woman's estranged husband broke into her house and thumbed through her bills. He then accused her of cheating because her new roommate was of the male gender. Officers advised her to get a restraining order.

A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited for shoplifting after they tried to walk out of a U.S. 93 South grocery store with some makeup.

A purse, credit cards, two driver's licenses, and medication were stolen from an unlocked car on Whitefish Stage Road.

A truck was reportedly spilling enough gravel to almost cause an accident as it drove down East Idaho Street. Officers did not see any leaking gravel when they caught up with the truck.

A 17-year-old boy was cited for possession of alcohol near Flathead High School.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, alcohol, and tobacco near Glacier High School. His compatriot dashed off before officers could arrest him too.

A purse, bill fold, driver's license, credit cards, and pay stubs were stolen from an unlocked car on Fifth Avenue East.
