Kalispell police

| February 6, 2007 1:00 AM

Kalispell police cleared away the loiterers after someone at Sykes Pharmacy complained that a group of thug-wannabes dressed in black had been asked to leave but returned anyway.

The woman seemed to have locked herself into the men's bathroom at Cattlemen's bar, but managed to get herself out before officers arrived.

At the Scoreboard Pub, it was a man holed up in the bathroom with a gun. But the gun went behind the bar, the man was restrained in the bathroom and, when police showed up, he got a ride to a motel.

An insurance-card issue sparked a fight at the hospital and a man's arrest on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Two youths walking in the road Sunday night on First Avenue East, and refusing to move for traffic, prompted the ire of at least one driver.

The gun was gone from the vehicle, and the owner didn't approve.

St. Matthew's Church got paintballed during the weekend. A tire was slashed on Liberty Street.

A speeding, reckless driver on U.S. 93 south of Kalispell was cited.

Once again his week, police confirmed that yes, a red light was properly cycling to green at the intersection of U.S. 93 and Conway Drive. Was it just the driver's urgency to reach the hospital?
