The Flathead County Sheriff's Office found it all quiet on the eastern U.S. 2 front despite reports that people at a home there were partying, drinking, smoking marijuana and creating lots of noise. Word had it that they put up curtains to conceal their illegal activity.

A large rock slide occurred Monday afternoon across U.S. 2 near mile marker 82.

Deputies responded to a physical disturbance Monday afternoon on Rogers Lake Road near Kila.

A snowboard is no longer in the middle of Voerman Road, thanks to a good Samaritan who is holding on to it in case the owner calls.

There were slide-ins, a rollover and other assorted traffic problems with Sunday afternoon's snow.

A domestic incident prompted the resident to give drug paraphernalia to a neighbor's child, whose dad found out and gave it to another neighbor, who called deputies to have it picked up. The final neighbor didn't to be involved.

Moose Run Drive homes on Big Mountain were hit by paintballs.

People walking around by the woodshed on Riverside Drive made the homeowner suspicious enough to call the sheriff.

The report from Bigfork was that any videos and reports about a certain person are untrue. There are lots of set-ups, the citizen said.

NorthWestern Energy and the Evergreen Fire Department were called Monday after someone hit a gas line at Brian's Cenex.
