Man suspected of partner assault

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 51-year-old man for partner assault after he allegedly gave his significant other some bruises.

A man was beaten up and threatened with a knife on Solberg Drive in Evergreen, but he claims he doesn't know why. Deputies arrested a 16-year-old boy involved in the incident, but are still looking for the adult who was holding the knife.

A woman was beaten up by her ex-husband on Montana 35. She didn't want to press charges and wouldn't let deputies take a report.

Deputies went to help employees remove a shoplifter from a grocery store on U.S. 2 because he was a really big guy. There were no problems. They picked up another shoplifter at the same store a couple hours later.

Deputies are trying to find the victim of a possible assault on Industrial Drive. The alleged incident was called in by a third party.

A 15-year-old boy reported as a runaway returned home 15 minutes after deputies were called.

Overcome with road rage, a man jumped out of his car and told the driver of the car behind him that he was going to kill him.

Reports of a motorcycle accident on Good Greek Road in Olney turned out to be about an abandoned bike. It had been standing up, but fell over. Thus the accident calls.

A grizzly bear was spotted on Mud Lake Road.

Deputies are investigating an alleged sexual intercourse with out consent involving minors.

Horses got loose on U.S. 2 near that road's junction with Montana 40.

A man riding a motorcycle rear-ended a car somewhere in the county. He was taken to the hospital with a broken leg.
