A man was arrested after being "tased" by a Flathead County sheriff's deputy in the Spruce Park RV Park on Montana 35 east of Kalispell on Sunday afternoon. The man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.

Deputy Aaron Westphal was assisting a state Child and Family Services official in an investigation regarding untended children. Williams became "angry, agitated and disorderly," Westphal said. "He was coming after me and I had to tase him."

There was a report of vandalism on Bachelor Grade Road involving a vehicle that went off-road early Sunday morning onto private property, causing damage.

A man who was swimming naked in the Stillwater River near Olney was advised by a deputy not to do it again.

A resident on Conrad Drive in Kalispell reported seeing a bear in the carport Sunday morning. When law enforcement arrived, no bear was in sight.

Signs were reported stolen from the Buzz N Bagels on Montana 35 near Bigfork.
