Kalispell police are investigating a possible sexual assault involving three juvenile boys and a juvenile girl at Woodland Water Park.

They also broke up a fight between two people over children's clothes.

A mother, who may have been drinking, threw a bottle at her son and told him never to come back during a domestic abuse call on Lambert Court, police say.

Keeping with the bottle motif, a boy threw a bottle of Mountain Dew at an elderly gentleman in the Albertson's parking lot and then took off.

Police were able to unstick railroad crossing gates on Meridian Road after they failed to rise.

Police arrested a girl and boy for curfew violations and another girl for possession of alcohol during a traffic stop on the 300 block of 11th Street East.

A slim jim may have been used to steal a purse and a wallet out of a car parked at the Kalispell Center Mall.

Police were also called to investigate a man sitting in a car on Third Street East who appeared to be fondling himself.

Police charged a 70-year-old man with obstructing a police officer after he tried to take on officers when they responded to a fight at his residence. He had to be tased.
