Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a black bear sighting on Murer Lane. The mama bear and her cub crossed the highway to raid the bird feeder, according to the call.

Deputies reported a threatening phone call was made to a building manager after sprinklers woke a sleeping man.

Police found a 48-year-old man who attempted suicide by cutting his wrists on Cayuse Lane in Kalispell because his girlfriend broke up with him. He called paramedics an hour after he cut himself and was taken to the hospital.

No one was arrested in an alleged domestic assault on Parliament Drive. Parties were counseled.

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after swinging an axe in a crowded trailer, all the while yelling and screaming.

Deputies responded to a domestic assault involving a 19-year-old man, his mother, and his sister. No one was arrested.
