Kalispell police were notified of underage drinkers speeding on motorcycles near Ninth Avenue West and Second Street.

A woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after leaving the Woodland Park skatepark with her child.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for theft and assault for taking another man's cell phone and then attempting to choke him.

A man called police saying 10 CDs and a laptop were stolen from his locked truck. The CDs were found strewn about the road amid a number of beer cans. It turned out the laptop had just been misplaced.

A man told police his wife had skipped town with their three children. He was told to seek legal advice.

Officers chased some kids out the Walgreens parking lot on U.S. 2 after a customer called saying she was afraid to leave with them there.

A woman reported that her underwear was stolen from the laundry room in her apartment complex on Liberty Street.

A woman was arrested for theft after she walked out of a restaurant without paying. Restaurant employees later found her passed out in the back of a nearby truck and told police.
