Adeline Frances Logan, 92, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2007, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell. She was born on Dec. 17, 1914, at the family home in the Pine Grove area of Kalispell, the daughter of Lawrence and Emma (Raasch) Bruyer.

She attended a one room, rural school. She graduated from Saint Matthew's School. Her first and only paying job was at Todd's Bakery.

On Sept. 7, 1940, she married her longtime neighbor and beau, Darrell Logan. They lived in the Half Moon area while Darrell was the bookkeeper of Stoltz Mill. Their next adventure was to join the Sr. Logan's in a farming operation. Adeline was a very active farm wife who knew how to handle most farm jobs. In her spare time she liked to crochet and also enjoyed embroidery and tending to her flowers.

Adeline had lived at Prestige Assisted Living since 1998. She had won her share of bingo prizes and walked a mile, most days.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Logan; her son, Allen Douglas Logan; her parents; and her brother, Gregory.

She is survived by a son, Clinton Logan and his wife, Linda, of Pleasanton, Calif.; a daughter, Donna Buechle and her husband, Jim, of Kalispell; and two sisters, Leona Martin of Seattle and Ellen Naumann of Reno, Nev.; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Donovan of Kalispell; six grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial for Adeline will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, at Risen Christ Catholic Church with Father Rudy Bullman officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, at Johnson Mortuary. Burial will held at 2 p.m. at Glacier Memorial Gardens. The family suggests that any memorial contributions be sent to Home Options Hospice, 175 Commons Loop, Suite 100, Kalispell, MT 59901 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
