Empty vehicle found rolled in a ditch

Flathead County Sheriff deputies responded to a vehicle rollover on Montana 206. When they got there, the vehicle's occupants were nowhere to be seen.

A renter allegedly assaulted his landlord with a rake. Deputies are still investigating.

Deputies took a report from a Bigfork woman who said she is being stalked. She said the man responsible quit doing it about two years ago, but has started again.

A woman on Alpine Drive in Bigfork reported there were bears in her front yard. Deputies called in the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks service.

The railroad crossing lights on West Reserve Drive failed to function.

Somebody was setting off fireworks near the ShopKo on U.S. 2. Somebody else was setting them off on Riverside Drive a couple hours later. Deputies are expecting a lot more of these calls as the Fourth of July approaches, they said.

Bike were stolen from homes on Zimmerman Road and Cynthia Drive.

Deputies cleared some mules from the roadway on Conrad Drive east of Willow Glen.
