Kalispell police set up surveillance at a home on Merganser Drive after receiving word that a man wanted on a felony warrant out of Florida may be inside. They followed vehicles that left the home, then arrested the man. He's wanted for probation violation on a homicide charge.

Police arrested an employee of Best Buy after the store manager reported suspicions of theft by embezzlement.

A bus and car collided, then pulled off into the Rocky Mountain Bank parking lot near Target on U.S. 93. There, police arrested a 42-year-old man driving the car on suspicion of DUI.

The window of the East Idaho Dairy Queen was shot out by a pellet or BB gun. A gray Chevy Blazer that carried the suspect has been identified.

Police ticketed a man after he reportedly tried to charge fuel at Conoco Car Care to a business at which he used to work. Conoco called the business, which asked that he be arrested.

One vehicle cut off another on Main Street at Courthouse Loop, the drivers exchanged rude gestures, then the offending vehicle's driver showed a gun before turning off a block or two later. Police counseled both, with investigation pending.

Somebody entered a vehicle on Second Avenue EN, reported the driver, who found nothing missing but everything thrown about. On Appleway, somebody rummaged through a truck but only took some change and the ashtray. Another person reported $35 missing from her locked vehicle at Kalispell Center Mall.

A female shoved a male in the parking lot near Subway on U.S. 93 North. After police arrived, they decided they would separate.

A woman refused to leave Sawbuck's when asked at 1 a.m., but police managed to send her on her way.
