Kalispell police arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of partner or family member assault when they checked on a disturbance between two people at Eighth Avenue East.

A Sears Craftsman 21-inch push mower was reported stolen Tuesday from Ace Hardware on Meridian Drive.

He spotted a man near his vehicle Tuesday night, a man told police, so he checked it out and found the window in the rear had been adjusted.

Two men, ages 18 and 19, were arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol at the Woodland skate park late Tuesday.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on a warrant from another jurisdiction after police found him in a fight at the Scoreboard Pub on Woodland Park Drive.

Although there was some wrestling early on, a husband-wife disturbance outside a home on Fourth Street West was reported to be only verbal.

First, police checked on a man reported passed out on the pavement north of the WestCoast Outlaw Inn lobby doors. He appeared intoxicated, so an ambulance took him to the hospital. A short time later, an emergency room employee called to say he had left because they had no medical reason to hold him, but she was concerned for his welfare.

Big Sky Family Medicine reported somebody stole a cash box Tuesday night.

Somebody rummaged through an unlocked car on Fifth Avenue WN. A few days earlier, a neighbor told the car owner, somebody went through his vehicle, too, but left the doors open.
