| May 12, 2007 1:00 AM

Attention young drivers: Are you missing a pink, battery-powered Barbie Jeep? It's been parked at a residence on Fifth Avenue West for a few days.

When the heavy-set man stole his bike, the tan-pants-clad man chased him down and took it back. The would-be thief tried to flee on foot but was caught and arrested by Kalispell police for theft and criminal trespass.

The young lady told people at the credit union she was "wanting to get her old man out of jail," a caller said. She reportedly had sharp weapons, but the caller didn't think she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In the end, however, the girl was arrested for MIP.

The longboard swiped from a vehicle parked at Pizza Factory on U.S. 93 North is valued at about $230.

The wallet stolen from an unlocked vehicle at the Kum and Go on U.S. 93 North had $20 cash, a driver's license and J.C. Penney, savings account and check cards. The thief used the latter several times before the card's owner could notify the bank.

An intoxicated customer at Finnegan's was asked to leave when he got unruly.

Someone threw makeup through a couple of windows on Fifth Avenue East.

Two traffic stops ended in drunken-driving arrests.

A Second Avenue West-North resident didn't appreciate what sounded like late-night drummers. The culprit was actually the pizza delivery man's stereo.

The chain saw snatched from his unlocked garage on Seventh Avenue West may have turned up at a Columbia Falls pawn shop.

She thought $1.50 was a bit much for coffee flavoring and was upset when the coffee shop wouldn't return her money when she complained. The unhappy customer and her two companions reportedly threatened the owner with death.

A girl was taken to the juvenile detention center after violating her probation at Quiznos.

A couple of months ago, he'd showed her "inappropriate pictures" on his cell phone; Thursday night, he showed her the real thing. She complained to police.
