Deputies end young couple's fight

An 18-year-old woman barricaded herself in the closet of her boyfriend's Mission Trail Road home. The boyfriend, who didn't want her there, called Flathead County Sheriff's deputies. Officers returned the young woman to her parents' home.

A man and his former spouse got into a fight on Pleasant Hill Drive. Then the woman's new male friend got involved. Deputies were called after the man kicked a car on his way out.

A homeowner came into the Sheriff's Office to report his neighbor for allegedly removing survey stakes because he didn't like where the new property line was.

Somebody broke into a house under construction on Adams Street in Lakeside and defecated in the sink and on the floor.

The windshield and headlights on a camper parked on Beta Road in Hungry Horse were broken. A witness observed three teenage boys, one of whom left behind a pair of sunglasses.

A Last Chance Gulch homeowner found that his property line extended 4 feet into his neighbor's driveway. So he stuck a large rock on the pavement so the neighbor couldn't use it.

Window screens on four units in a Meadow Lake Drive condominium complex were bent by somebody banging on them.

A door was damaged on a house on Foys Lake Road.

A car reported stolen was recovered on First Street South West in Hungry Horse.

Somebody tried unsuccessfully to break in to the Hungry Horse fire hall.

A 54-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting from a grocery store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A house was toilet-papered on Drake Drive.

A Wiley Dike Road man's neighbor keeps blocking off his driveway over a property dispute. He wanted deputies to come remove the cones.

An Eastman Drive woman called deputies to report a sexual assault after a man, who brought wine and candy with him to discuss the sale of some property, gave her an unwanted kiss on the hand.

Deputies advised a man harassing truckers and customers for money at a U.S. 2 convenience store to move along.

A Bigfork woman's husband went to bed 45 minutes before she did, but when she looked in the room he was gone. He was eventually found sleeping in a different bedroom.
