The Somers Fire Department responded to an out-of-control slash pile fire Sunday afternoon on Boon Road.

The Kalispell Fire Department ambulance took a 73-year-old woman who fell Sunday morning at her Ponderosa Street home to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a smoke alarm at the downtown brewery, which forced people to evacuate Saturday evening. Earlier in the evening, the department responded to a stove fire at a mobile home on Edgewood Place.
