A 47-year-old man, who had been ill, was found dead with some blood by his head Sunday afternoon in a Columbia Falls home. No foul play is suspected, the Flathead County Sheriff's Office said.

A grizzly bear charged a man at the north end of Upper Whitefish Lake. He shot and wounded it. No more details were available Sunday.

Medication was stolen Sunday morning on Shady Lane.

A man was found beaten at the intersection of Three Mile Drive and Farm To Market Road early Sunday morning and was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Power was cut and someone was spotted inside the Flathead Valley Clay Target Club late Saturday evening. That person was gone when deputies arrived.

A fight among three or four males occurred Saturday evening at the Town Pump at the Blue Moon intersection, but everyone left before deputies arrived.

A stolen credit card was used in Columbia Falls early Saturday evening.
