Hungry goats refuse orders

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies were notified about three goats who refused to leave a woman's Ashley Lake Road property. They had been there eating her "stuff" for five days. Nobody knows who they belong to.

Guns were stolen from a towing company on U.S. 2.

Someone failed to return a car rented from a company at Glacier Park International Airport. It is now listed as stolen.

A farmer on Foothill Road got upset when a paraglider landed in one of his fields. Deputies were called to settle the argument.

An injured deer needed to be dispatched on Homestead Drive.

"Suspicious items" were found near the river in Hungry Horse.

A bear was spotted bothering a beehive on Columbia Falls Stage Road. Another bear was reported on a person's porch on Bigfork Stage Road.

Deputies were unable to find a man living in a horse trailer on U.S. 2 near Kila to tell him to stop squatting on somebody else's property.

A counterfeit traveler's check was used at a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.
