Whitefish boys roll in tennis

POLSON - Whitefish's boys stayed undefeated on the season in dual action while the Whitefish girls dropped their first dual, falling 4-3 to Dillon.

Dillon swept Whitefish in doubles and won at No. 2 singles.

Whitefish (6-1) edged Polson 4-3.

The Whitefish boys (6-0) cruised past Polson, 7-0, and St. Ignatius, 7-0.

Polson split with Ronan in dual action. The Polson girls rolled to a 6-1 verdict while Ronan defeated the PHS boys 4-3.

"I thought girls' doubles played well in both matches," Polson coach Bob Hislop said.

"And I think the boys' doubles teams played a real nice match against Ronan."

Dual action continues today in Polson.
