Eight-year-old Tyler Hong sinks deeply into a book while lounging with his dog Ellie on his front porch Monday on Second Avenue West in Kalispell. Hong, a third-grader at Kalispell Montessori, loves adventure stories and has read about 30 books so far this summer. Monday morning's book, "The Titan's Curse" by Rick Riodan, is the fourth one he's read in the past three days according to his mother, Angela Hong.
