Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a Bigfork high school after a 16-year-old boy allegedly was caught smoking marijuana in the bathroom.

Deputies responded to a residence on Rogers Road outside Columbia Falls to settle an argument between a man and woman. She allegedly threw something at him, so he called the authorities.

A Ridgewood Drive resident reported receiving threatening text messages and phone calls from the father of her daughter.

Someone threw a rock through the window of an ambulance parked at the Hungry Horse fire station.

A man told deputies his ex-wife is calling his employer and former employees and slandering his good name.

A Solberg Drive resident reportedly received threatening phone calls from a sister after their mother died.

Deputies were informed that transients may be trespassing at a concrete plant on Whitefish Stage Road.

A Northern Lights Boulevard man told Kalispell police his son attacked him with a pool ball in a sock.

An Eighth Avenue West resident told officers their roommate refused to return their computer because back rent is owed.

The driver of a Jeep yelled for a passing cyclist on East Center Street to get out of the way. Officers counseled both parties and warned the cyclist to take care of an outstanding warrant.

A Fifth Avenue East resident allegedly broke the flag off a neighbor's mailbox. On purpose.

Someone rifled through a vehicle on Second Avenue East.

Officers arrested a 16-year-old girl for possession of alcohol and a 15-year-old girl for possession of alcohol and DUI after a crash Monday night on First Avenue East.

Officers arrested six minors for possession of alcohol, a 16-year-old boy for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 25-year-old man on warrants for family member assault and vandalism while investigating a noise complaint on Fourth Avenue West.

A 47-year-old woman reported missing from a Ninth Avenue West residence was found at a box store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A Christmas wreath was reported stolen from a Harlequin Court home.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl for shoplifting after they allegedly tried to steal wine from a Wisconsin Avenue market.

Officers received 37 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police received 40 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old man for driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop on Baker Avenue.

Alarms

The South Kalispell Fire Department responded to what was reported as an illegal burn on Willow Glen Drive.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a crash outside a grocery store on East Idaho Street. A woman involved in the wreck complained of neck pain.

The Kalispell Fire Department also responded to the 2900 block of U.S. 93 South after a vehicle and pedestrian collided. The pedestrian was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Evergreen Fire Department rescued a resident stuck in the elevator of an East Oregon Street building. The resident was freed about half an hour after the call came in.

The Columbia Falls Fire Department and Three Rivers EMS responded to Fourth Avenue West after a car stopped next to a building caught fire. No one was injured.

Three Rivers EMS responded to reports of a crash on Ninth Street and Fourth Avenue West, but no one needed to be taken to the hospital.

Whitefish Ambulance responded to a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 93 near Spencer Lake. A car reportedly was hanging off an embankment over some water. Those injured were taken to North Valley Hospital.

The Kalispell Fire Department, Somers Fire Department, and Lakeside Quick Response Unit responded to a three-car crash on U.S. 93. Nobody was injured seriously enough to require an ambulance trip to the hospital.
