Someone spotted a 48-year-old man wanted for a sex offense at a Columbia Falls area church Sunday morning, and called the Flathead County Sheriff's Office. Deputies arrested the man as he was leaving the church.

Deputies and the Flathead Search And Rescue Team found a man lost in the woods in the Upper Whitefish Lake area. His truck slid into a ditch. He tried to walk out and was lost from about 11 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday. He suffered from hypothermia.

A man was lost and then found late Saturday evening in the Good Creek Road area.

A Christmas tree hunter was lost and then found in the Hungry Horse Reservoir area Sunday afternoon.

A deer shot out of season was found in a field near River Road on Sunday afternoon.

Christmas decorations were stolen Sunday on Arbor Drive West.

A dog fell through the ice on Middle Foys Lake on Saturday afternoon and was rescued by an area resident.

Kalispell police

Unknown people entered several cars - although no specific items were reported stolen - on Colorado, Utah and Wyoming streets early Sunday morning, Kalispell police reported.

Eyeglasses were stolen Sunday morning from a vehicle on Second Avenue East.

Police arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of drunken driving and ticketed three passengers - a 20-year-old man and two women whose ages were not listed - on suspicion of underage possession of alcohol on U.S. 93 North early Sunday morning.

Columbia Falls police arrested a 45-year-old woman on suspicion of violating a restraining order Saturday afternoon.
