Flathead County Sheriff's Deputies

A reportedly intoxicated Spring Creek Drive man allegedly kept calling Montana Highway Patrol dispatchers and harassing them. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies visited the man's home to tell him to stop, but he refused to answer the door. The calls stopped.

Items, including a compressor and heater, were stolen from a building under construction on Ponderosa Ridge.

Deputies responded to disturbances on Mountain View Drive, River Place, Trails End and Montana 206. Deputies also broke up an instance of alleged domestic violence on Country Court in Evergreen.

Someone living at a Helena Flats Road campground called deputies to report a problem with the neighbors.

Deputies were called to deal with shoplifters at two Evergreen box stores.

Residents on Lost Creek Drive had an issue with the way neighborhood snow was being removed, requiring a response from deputies.

Deputies were called to Birch Grove Road after a resident noticed their car was missing.

Deputies received 136 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Kalispell Police

An elderly woman in a room at Kalispell Regional Medical Center called Kalispell police twice via 911. She reportedly asked for her dinner and then a sandwich.

A 10th Avenue West woman told police her ex-boyfriend verbally assaulted her. The pair were separated.

A College Avenue resident complained about the noise coming from a neighbor's home. It reportedly sounded like a "war zone." Officers were unable to find anything amiss.

A motorist on Foy's Lake Road reportedly was almost run off the highway. The suspect then followed the alleged victim, harassing the driver, into Kalispell.

Officers arrested a 24-year-old man for obstructing police and partner assault after responding to a fight on First Avenue West.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old man for DUI and violating his probation during a traffic stop on U.S. 93 North.

Police visited a building on U.S. 93 and arrested a man on a Columbia Falls warrant for failure to appear in court on a possession of alcohol citation.

A car and a snowplow collided on Fifth Avenue West, but no one was injured.

Officers received 112 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish Police

Whitefish police responded to a mall on U.S. 93 after someone put glue in some locks.

Officers arrested a 39-year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol after a crash on Baker Avenue and Second Street.

Officers received 29 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls Police

Columbia Falls police arrested a 19-year-old for possession of alcohol. He was cited and released.

Officers received 18 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Alarms

The Evergreen Fire Department responded to a crash near the intersection of U.S. 2 and Ridgewood Drive.

The West Valley Fire Department responded to reports of a chimney fire in a home on Stonecrest Drive.

The Somers Fire Department responded to Spring Creek Road after a propane tank reportedly caught fire.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a crash near the intersection of East Idaho Street and Fourth Avenue East North. One of the people involved in the crash reportedly suffered a neck injury.

The Kalispell Fire Department, Evergreen Fire Department and Creston Fire Department were paged out to Montana 206 after a car slid off the road.

The Creston Fire Department and Bigfork Ambulance responded to a crash on LaBrant Road. Two injured people were taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a book store on U.S. 93 North after an 80-year-old man fell and hurt his hip outside of the store. He was taken to the hospital.

The Kalispell Fire Department, Somers Fire Department, and Lakeside Quick Response Unit were dispatched to U.S. 93 and Montana 82 after a car drove off the road. The driver was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Hungry Horse Fire Department, Martin City Fire Department, and Canyon Quick Response Unit responded to Canyon Drive after an 18-year-old man fell while being dragged by a car over a snow ramp. He hurt his arm, but declined medical attention. He may have been taken to the hospital via private vehicle.
