Flathead County sheriff's deputies responded to a bar at the intersection of U.S. 2 and Montana 40 after an intoxicated woman allegedly showed up and began harassing customers. When asked to leave, the woman allegedly assaulted an employee. The woman - who reportedly had a medical condition - was taken to the hospital, where she was ticketed in connection with trespass, assault, and disorderly conduct.

Deputies were called to look for a purse snatcher plying his trade outside a box store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A strange man walked into a Jellison Road residence, sat down, and began using the computer. When he was surprised by another person in the home, the man fled.

A man who recently broke up with his girlfriend told deputies she keeps driving by his house and leaves harassing messages.

Deputies responded to Glacier Park airport after a passenger threatened to blow up an airplane. She was questioned by authorities.

Deputies received 134 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police responded to Fourth Avenue East North after a group of youths in a car allegedly tried to steal Christmas decorations. In other holiday shenanigans, a light-up snowman was taken from a yard on Mallard Drive, and a nativity scene went missing from a Belmar Drive residence.

Officers told a person riding a three-wheeled bike down Main Street to get on the sidewalk.

An 11-year-old girl reported missing on Riverview Drive was found while her caretaker was on the phone talking with authorities.

A man allegedly got out and struck another motorist's vehicle after a road-rage incident near U.S. 93 and Reserve Drive.

Officers served a 34-year-old man being held in the county jail with a warrant for theft.

An ex-husband called police saying his ex-wife was leaving him threatening messages. The pair reportedly were arguing about the custody of their offspring. They were advised not to talk to each other.

A 10th Avenue West woman believes she is being stalked, and that the person doing it is taking parts of her vehicle.

Officers arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with partner assault and a 33-year-old woman in connection with probation violation after responding to a 911 hang-up on Second Street West.

Officers responded to fights on Second Street East and Airport Road. A 28-year-old man was arrested in connection with the first altercation.

Officers received 65 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police discovered a man outside in the snow and took him to the fire hall. The man then was taken to the hospital with possible hypothermia.

Officers arrested a 30-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, both in connection with partner assault, after they allegedly got into an altercation in a car on U.S. 93.

An underage woman was ticketed in connection with possession of alcohol after she was found at a Central Avenue bar.

Officers received 42 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police were called to check out a strange light on Second Avenue East.

Officers responded to a Nucleus Avenue bar and arrested a 40-year-old woman in connection with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer. The woman, who reportedly was passed out when emergency personnel arrived, allegedly tried to hit responders when she woke up.

Officers received 32 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Alarms

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to what was reported as a possible gas leak at a business on U.S. 93.

Whitefish Ambulance responded to Colorado Avenue after a woman was injured in a fall. She was taken to North Valley Hospital. She later called the Fire Department about a toxic odor in her residence, which she reportedly blames for causing her fall.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a casino on North Main Street after a man in the bathroom fell and hurt his knee.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to reports of a fire in a First Avenue West apartment, but the smoke turned out to be coming from food burning on the stove.
