Eureka girls roll into final

POLSON 'd1 Melanie Finch led a balanced offensive attack as Eureka cruised past Plains 52-39 Friday in the semifinals of the District 8-B girls'd5 basketball tournament.

Finch scored all 13 of her points in the first half as Eureka enjoyed a 35-19 lead.

Mariah Newell tallied 12 points and Rica Fils 10.

Eureka will face Thompson Falls in today'd5s champion game.
