Kalispell police broadcast the description of a man who threatened to harm his ex-wife's new husband. The suspect, who reportedly had access to a shotgun and a revolver, was driving in from out of town.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police searching for a purse thief.

A wallet and cell phone were stolen from a car on Second Avenue West; keys and change were taken from a car on Third Avenue West; and tax papers were stolen from a car at the job service.

Vehicles were broken into on Summit Ridge Drive and Fifth Avenue East, but nothing appeared to have been taken.
