Kalispell police are looking for three people suspected of stealing a laptop computer and calculator from a store on U.S. 93 South. The items are worth $2,040. The father of an ex-employee was reported for harassing staff at a business on U.S. 2.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing a bottle of wine from a grocery store on West Idaho Street.

A 9-year-old boy called police to tell them he was being chased by a 9-year-old girl with a knife, and that he was hiding. Officers determined there was no knife and the whole thing was just a playground disagreement.

An Appleway Drive woman bleeding profusely from her head after falling off her scooter refused medical treatment.

A woman's cellular phone was stolen from a car parked at a restaurant on U.S. 93 North. Then the woman's boyfriend started receiving vulgar threats from the stolen phone.

Officers separated a man and a woman arguing on Empire Loop. She had threatened to get a gun, kill him, and destroy his stuff.

A third party reported hearing two people yelling at each other on Sixth Street West, but when officers responded everything was quiet.

Four 18-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of assault after police received a reckless-driving complaint on First Avenue East.

Employees of a motel on First Avenue West reported that a woman, who had been drinking, was attempting to drive. Officers took her keys. Then the woman wouldn't leave, prompting motel employees to call officers again to remove her. She was gone when they arrived.

A Kenway Drive resident saw shadows outside the window and footprints in the snow. Officers, who couldn't find anything amiss, thought the culprit may have been delivering the paper.

Officers were required to remove a transient staying in the bathrooms at the fairgrounds.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on a Montana Highway Patrol warrant for traffic violations after getting into an accident on Second Avenue West and 11th Street.

A car in the Flathead Valley Community College parking lot was keyed.

A window was broken out of a car parked off Main Street.

An injured owl was found on Airport Road.
