Bigfork bounces Glacier

BIGFORK - Roxy Thurman and Jaylee Haveman came through with season scoring highs Thursday night in leading Bigfork (6-1) to a 58-35 nonconference girls' basketball victory over Glacier.

Thurman finished with 14 points and Haveman 12.

Haveman tallied eight of her points in the second quarter as Bigfork outscored Glacier 19-6 for a 24-16 halftime lead.

Avery Vogel scored seven of her eight points also in the second frame.

Glacier's Emilee Hashley lead all scorers with 16 points.

"We really spread the ball around tonight," said Bigfork coach Nate Hammond.

Alyssa Fierro had 12 points and eight rebounds for the Valkyries. Vogel added nine assists.
