Snow shoveling prompts argument

A man shoveling snow on East Oregon Street was allegedly piling it onto his neighbor's driveway, making it impossible for him to get out. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies were going to respond, but both men said they wouldn't be home.

A 14-year-old girl was reported as a runaway from the Lakeside area.

Skis were stolen from Blacktail Mountain.

Belongings were stolen from a garage on Harmony Road.

A woman on U.S. 2 in Hungry Horse told authorities somebody beat her up while she was sleeping, but failed to return phone calls from deputies investigating the matter.

A passerby saw a man on the south side of the Swan River Trail in Bigfork wearing a gray sweatshirt and no pants.

A Trumble Canyon Road man called deputies because he didn't want his wife to get the furniture. He was told it was a civil matter.

A Maple Drive resident thought they saw someone going into a neighbor's house, but deputies were unable to find any signs of a break in.

An intoxicated 50-year-old woman got into another customer's car at a Lakeside grocery store and refused to get out. Deputies coaxed her away and took her home.

A Gordon Avenue woman called police because her significant other, who wanted the keys to the house, was kicking her. Then a shoving match ensued. The pair were separated and the woman got the keys. There were no arrests.

Two teenage boys were observed with their pants around their ankles at a shopping plaza on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A West Reserve Drive woman called deputies because she wanted her 23-year-old boyfriend, who had been drinking and was throwing up, out of the house.

An unruly man and woman who at first refused to leave a restaurant on Montana 35 in Bigfork then tried to take off without paying. They paid and left peacefully when deputies arrived.

A 17-year-old man used a sword to break a window at a Fernadale Drive home.

Authorities are looking for Campos Alexander, 26, who walked away from the Great Falls pre-release center. He was last seen about 6 p.m. on Jan. 9 wearing blue jeans and a sweatshirt. He was serving a 12-year sentence for burglary out of Yellowstone County.
