Flathead County Sheriff's deputies observed a truck on Montana 35 driving into Bigfork at night without headlights on. They followed the driver with lights flashing for about two minutes before he pulled over. When he did, deputies arrested the 46-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol.

A man at a bar on Montana 35 in Evergreen refused to return a woman's keys until deputies told him to.

A 32-year-old man on Ferndale Drive allegedly hit his mother in the face and then took off on foot. Deputies found him walking along the side of the road and arrested him for family-member assault.

After flagging down help near a fast-food restaurant in Evergreen, a man told deputies he had been assaulted by three men offering to give him a ride. He also said he didn't know who they were and didn't want to press charges.

A passerby called deputies to report a school bus full of children stranded on the side of U.S. 93 near Lakeside. The bus had broken down, but a replacement was en route.

A Lore Lake Road resident believes a family member stole something from them on New Year's Eve.

A Shady Glen Drive resident requested an extra patrol around his home to discourage some trespassers who come onto his land every weekend, but that he can never catch.
