A small coffee shop was stolen in the Ferndale area. After a business arrangement failed, one of the partners decided to take the building and the other partner decided to report it stolen.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 26-year-old man on U.S. 93 near Somers for assault after he allegedly threw his friend's girlfriend on the ground. The man, reportedly from Canada, is also being held for immigration officials.
