Barbara W. Lent, 80, passed away Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, in Kalispell.

Barbara was born July 16, 1928, in Pittsburgh.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Barbara was a longtime summer resident of Bigfork.

An avid bridge player, she had been a longtime member of the Bigfork Duplicate Bridge Club.

She is survived by her husband, Jim, of Bigfork; son, Jeff, and wife, Caroline Lent, of Virginia; and two granddaughters, Jennifer and Allison.

At her request, no services will be held.
