CORVALLIS - Libby had the early advance, but Corvallis prevailed in the end.

Down 14-6 after the opening period, Corvallis stormed back to post a 41-29 Class A nonconference football victory on Friday.

"We gave them a short field a couple of times," Libby coach Neil Fuller said.

"We just ran out of gas (in the second half)."

Fuller was without three starters because of sickness. And several starters did not play the entire game for the same reason.

Joel Fuller ran for two touchdowns and passed for two more for the Loggers, 2-2.
