Trustees elected by acclamation

While school board trustee terms expired in every Flathead County school district this spring, most districts are not holding elections in May.

Instead, trustees unopposed in the elections have been elected by acclamation.

In Cayuse Prairie, Brad Cronk was elected by acclamation to a three-year term and Roberta Maness to a two-year term.

Scott Emmerich was elected by acclamation to a one-year seat on the Columbia Falls school board. Gail Pauley was elected by acclamation to a three-year term on Columbia Falls’ board; she represents the West Glacier Elementary District.

Mark Mazur and Stanley Uskoski were elected by acclamation to three-year terms on the Creston school board.

Jason McCracken was elected by acclamation to a three-year seat on the Deer Park board.

Dave Lowitz and Tamara Williams were elected by acclamation to three-year seats on the Evergreen school board.

Denise VanArtsdale and Andy Goolden were elected by acclamation to three-year and two-year terms, respectively, on the Fair-Mont-Egan board.

Helena Flats filled one three-year term by electing David Mattson by acclamation.

Anna Marie Bailey and Tiffany Lonnevik were elected by acclamation to three-year terms on Kalispell’s elementary board.

Josh Nunn and Terry Zink were elected by acclamation to three-year terms on the Marion board.

Jenny Schreader and Thomas West were elected by acclamation to three-year terms and John Piedemonte to a one-year seat on the Olney-Bissell school board.

Pleasant Valley will fill two three-year seats by acclamation, but those trustees’ names were not available at press time.

Dawn Dowellgrim was elected by acclamation to a three-year seat on the Swan River school board.

Casey Heupel was elected by acclamation to a three-year term on the West Glacier board.
