Ruby Mae Palin, 79

Ruby Mae Palin, 79, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, at the Brendan House in Kalispell. She was born on Feb. 16, 1931 in Missoula, the daughter of Norman and Edna (Jackson) Stinger. Ruby was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was married to Daniel Palin in 1949. She was also a dedicated and baptized Jehovah s Witness for the past 40 years. She was strong in her beliefs, and served God to the best of her ability at all times. She touched the lives of all who knew her. Ruby also had an awesome sense of humor and was very witty. She knew how to make people laugh and smile. No words can express how much she was loved and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Palin, in 1985. She is survived by her five children, Nonie Hultgren and husband, Don, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., Glenna Palin, George Palin and Norman Palin, all of Kalispell, and Dana Palin-Abern of Vashon, Wash.; 10 grandchildren, Danise Nelson, Laurie Allen, Jesse Allen, Amanda Hultgren, Jeremy Palin, Leah Pharr, Jade Palin, Dalton Palin, Christopher Johnson and Hali Abern; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, June Fischer of Missoula, and Essie Bazzani of Roswell, N.M. Memorial services for Ruby will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witnesses at 1414 Woodland Avenue in Kalispell.
