Drunk man chooses wrong house

Kalispell Police Department officers were unable to locate an intoxicated man who wandered into a home on West Oregon Street claiming he lived there. The resident convinced the man it was not his house and the man left on foot.

Officers arrested both participants of a physical altercation on Merganser Drive. A 43-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man were taken to the Flathead County Detention Center on suspicion of partner/family member assault.

A woman’s neck was injured after a three-vehicle collision  at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and West Colorado Street.

No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of U.S. 93 North and Hutton Ranch Road.

An officer determined that a man accused of taking pictures of houses on Third Avenue East was actually just playing a game on his cellular phone.

Two teenage girls were cited and released for shoplifting at a business on Hutton Ranch Road.

Someone on Third Avenue East North saw a man buy alcohol and give it to a group of minors in exchange for money.

A passer-by thought three people in a vehicle near Woodland Park were smoking marijuana or meth, but an officer determined they were just talking.

On Hutton Ranch Road, a caller said that a green car was following him all around town.

A man was reported for trespassing after rifling through garbage behind a business on East Idaho Street.

A man and a woman were heard arguing loudly near Sixth Avenue West.

A concerned parent on Meadow Vista Loop called police for advice after her 18-year-old son came home intoxicated.

There were apparently two sides to a report that six men were harassing and threatening a man and woman on North Main Street. No one was arrested after an officer spoke to both parties.

Someone threw beer bottles through the windows of two vehicles parked at a business on East Idaho Street. Two teenagers were seen fighting in the same parking lot.

A teenage boy was taken to juvenile detention on an outstanding arrest warrant after a verbal disturbance was reported on Jackson Peak Drive.

A woman on Woodland Park Drive said her purse was stolen while she was at a bar.

A man was arrested on First Avenue West North after allegedly threatening someone because he had been fired from his job.

On Fourth Street West, a woman said all of her mail was opened when she checked her mailbox.

An 18-year-old woman was cited and released after allegedly shoplifting at a business on U.S. 93 South.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office responded to a party on Many Lakes Drive after a noise complaint.

An assault was reported on Helena Flats Road.

Someone reported a theft on Truman Creek Road in Kila. Another theft was reported on Wrangler Drive outside Kalispell.

Deputies took reports of two burglaries, one on U.S. 2 West near Kalispell and another on Belton Stage Road in West Glacier.

Fraud was alleged by residents of U.S. 2 West near Columbia Falls and U.S. 2 East near Kalispell.
