Truck gets stuck on the tracks

The Kalispell Police Department notified the Mission Mountain Railroad and called a tow truck after a truck became high-centered on railroad tracks on Second Street West. The truck was pulled from the tracks.

No one was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Fourth Avenue East North and East Oregon Street.

A woman on First Avenue East reported that a man was following her and threatening to kill her.

The driver of a vehicle on Three Mile Drive was accused of purposely swerving in the snow, creating a hazard for other drivers.

Officers warned the owner of a dog who bit someone on Ashley Drive.

Teenagers on four-wheelers were accused of disturbing the peace and tearing up roads near the intersection of Seventh Avenue East and 11th Street East.

On East Bowman Drive, a vehicle was seen circling a house while the driver shined a flashlight.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a girl being bit in the forehead by a Dachshund on Central Avenue in Martin City. The dog was quarantined after the incident.

Gasoline was reportedly siphoned from vehicles at a business on Mountain Meadow Road.

A 48-year-old man turned himself in on a federal warrant at the sheriff’s office on South Main Street.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for alleged partner/family after an incident on Cougar Trail in Whitefish.

Three horses and a donkey were rounded up after they were found loose on Foothill Road.

Two purses were found behind a building on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

A man was reportedly running around and looking confused on U.S. 2 near Columbia Falls, but a deputy was unable to locate him.

A man reported as suspicious on U.S. 2 in Kalispell was contacted by a deputy who determined the man wasn’t doing anything wrong.

The Montana Highway Patrol responded to a hit-and-run collision reported on Batavia Lane.

Two non-injury collisions were reported on U.S. 2.

Injuries were reported after a crash on Fifth Avenue East in Columbia Falls.

There were no injuries after crashes on Reserve Drive and Morning View Drive.
