Legends Stadium Wall of Fame adds Christison

Kenneth M. Christison, an all-state football player at Flathead High School in the 1950s, will be inducted into the Legends Stadium Wall of Fame during a halftime ceremony tonight at the Flathead vs. Glacier basketball games at FHS.

Christison was an all-state quarterback for the Braves in 1958 and an all-state halfback the following year.

The multi-sport athlete took first place in the javelin at the 1959 and 1960 state track meets, setting a state record in 1960.

Christison went on to enjoy a brilliant collegiate career at Montana State University. He was named an all-Big Sky Conference quarterback in 1963.

He was inducted into the MSU Hall of Fame in 2000.

Christison graduated from George Washington University Law School, where he was a Scottish Rite Followship recipent.

Christison is the lone inductee for 2009. He becomes the 12th member
