Mike Wagner, left, and George Baumbach put up a new Applied Materials sign over Semitool’s sign on Reserve Drive Thursday evening. Applied Materials acquired the Kalispell-based company Dec. 21. The company will continue to produce products for the semiconductor industry as a part of Applied Materials’ Silicon Systems Group.
