An assortment of assaults

Lake County Sheriff’s deputies received two calls about assault at an East Shore restaurant early Sunday morning. The second time, one person was arrested for aggravated assault; the alleged victim suffered a nonpermanent injury.

Disorderly conduct was reported at a Charlo bar, an Arlee bar, on Outback Lane, on Montana 212, on Lakeview Lane, on Telpah Loop, on Orchard Park Lane and on Mary Street.

Deputies arrested a driver for driving under the influence.

Partner/family member assault was reported on Glover Road and at a Third Avenue apartment.

Trespassing was reported at the intersection of Seventh Street and Big Arm Road.

Deputies arrested one man while investigating a report of money laundering at the Arlee Powwow.

A noise disturbance was reported on Shay Lake Road.

Polson police arrested two drivers for DUI.

Several callers reported suspicious activity, including at the bridge on U.S. 93.

On Heritage Lane, officers arrested someone for disorderly conduct.

A caller thought something was suspicious at Sacajawea Park.

Trespassing was reported at a produce stand.

Simple assault apparently took place somewhere on the road; officers visited a 19th Avenue apartment to investigate.

Ronan police received a report of a grass fire at an elementary school.

Officers arrested someone on a warrant.

Mission police, based out of St. Ignatius, responded to an accident in the Jocko Prairie area Sunday night. At least one person reportedly was injured; additional information was not available.

Montana Highway Patrol investigated a report of disorderly conduct on Montana 212 in Lake County.

Logs were not available from Flathead County Sheriff’s Office or Kalispell police due to the holiday weekend.
