Three people cited for trespassing

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office ended up citing three people for criminal trespass at a Jellison Road property Thursday, including a man who was trying to serve legal papers on his estranged wife at the residence.

There was a report of a drunken man tearing up a house on Saddle Loop. He calmed down after a deputy arrived.

Someone reported that three horses were threatened by a pole that appeared to be in danger of falling on them. An animal warden was dispatched to check out the situation.

A Harmony Road resident reported the theft of prescription medication.

A Coram resident reported the theft of a stereo from a vehicle while parked in the Abbott Bay area on Hungry Horse Reservoir.

There was a report of several items being stolen from a home on Parliament Drive.

There was a report of a bicycle being stolen in the Hungry Horse area.

A man, 31, was arrested on a drug warrant while he was at a North Meridian Road business.

A bicycle that had recently been stolen in Kalispell was located at a store on U.S. East in Evergreen.

A  postal carrier reported being verbally harassed by a man on East Evergreen Drive.

There was a report of three dogs killing chickens near U.S. 2 in Coram.

There was a report of a window being broken out at the Fair-Mont-Egan school.

A Hodgson Road resident reported that a woman had stolen $100 from his wallet.

Two men were reportedly disputing over wheel rims in the area of  the old Walmart store.

A Morrison Road resident reported that there was an excavator on her property and she didn’t know who it belonged to.

Two female roommates who had been fighting were separated for the night by a deputy.

A woman, 44, was arrested for drunk driving in the downtown Bigfork area.

And early Thursday, there was a report of men arguing at a Vista Court residence.

Kalispell Police got a report of items being taken from a vehicle on the 800 block of Second Avenue East.

Someone reported that a car had been broken into and items were taken at the Hutton Ranch Plaza.

A man reported that his girlfriend struck him in the face around the 100 block of Cedar Commons Lane. When officers arrived, she claimed to be frightened of the man because of his temper. Apparently, no one was arrested.

Early Friday, there was a report of someone throwing at a house window and breaking it on the 1100 block of Fourth Street West.

There was a criminal mischief report involving survey stakes being pulled up at a property on the 800 block of Fourth Avenue East.

A person reported that he was assaulted by a man while was at his place of business  on the 1300 block of First Avenue East.

Someone reported the theft of a chain saw from an open garage on the 2100 block of Harlequin Court.

A woman had previously been caught shoplifting at a business on the 100 block of Third Avenue East was advised never to return there.
