Lake County woman missing since Thursday

A Lake County woman has been missing since leaving work Thursday morning.

Kathy Sammons, 52, was last seen leaving her workplace at the Whitefish Credit Union, Polson Branch, at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Sammons left to do work-related errands but never arrived at her Polson destination, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said.

Her blue 2007 Chevy Suburban was later found at an unoccupied residence three miles east of Pablo in the Snyder Hill Road area on Thursday. Lake County Search and Rescue searched the area with limited results.

Sammons is a white woman, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. She has long brunette hair and blue eyes.
