David Albert Miron, 59

David Albert Miron, 59, of Great Falls, died Friday of respiration complications at a local hospital. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Croxford Funeral Home and Crematory. A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Croxford Funeral Home in Great Falls. Interment will take place at a later date in C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery in Kalispell. Dave is survived by his sister, Mary Abbott, and Bruce; and brothers, Paul and Jamie, and Mark and Lauri, all of Billings, stepmother, Bess Miron; a niece and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and infant sister, Ann Marie. Dave was born in Kalispell on Aug. 25, 1950, the oldest child of Albert and Hazel Miron. He attended St. Matthew s Elementary School in Kalispell and graduated from Flathead High School. Dave loved music and became an accomplished rock and blues guitarist. He was able to listen to songs and transcribe them onto a piano or guitar. Dave also enjoyed sports and attended the Al Summers School for umpires in Florida, after which he umpired many local games in Kalispell.
