Jazmyne Latrese Manuel

daughter of Syckee Manuel and Breanna Lowney of Kalispell, was born Oct. 5 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Jazmyne joins Sykeia Manuel, 14, Kiyana Lowney, 3, and Treyvian Lowney, 1.

Paternal grandparents are the late Robert and Alice Manuel. Maternal grandparents are Jeff and Carol Lowney of Kalispell, and Clay and Michalle Carper of Chewelah, Wash.
