Robert Bob Warren Trainer, 71

Robert Bob Warren Trainer, 71, of Bigfork, passed away Oct. 3, 2010, after a brief illness. Bob was born in Great Falls to Lloyd Warren and Leila Alice Trainer on Nov. 21, 1938. He attended schools in Great Falls and later served in the Army, from 1962 to 1964. Bob worked at the Montana Vegetable Oil Company and later Montana Concrete in Great Falls. He lived and worked in Fort Benton before moving to Bigfork, where he worked for Alert Security and Glacier International Airport until his retirement in 2000. Bob is survived by his wife, Ibbi, of Bigfork; son Eric Trainer, and daughter Coral Trainer, both of Great Falls; stepchildren, Danny Hansen of Columbia Falls, Lennie Hansen of Fort Benton, Corry Hansen of Fort Benton, and Tammie Evans of Great Falls; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Russell Trainer of Great Falls, and Clifford Trainer of Winnemucca, Nev.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leslie; and his parents. Bob loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking. He was a member of the East Shore Lions. Bob enjoyed spending time with and helping his friends and family. He will be missed by all. At his request no service is planned. A family service is planned for a later date. Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls is assisting the family.
