Hit-and-run suspect tracked down
After a hit-and-run incident in a North Main Street parking lot on Sunday, a Kalispell Police officer located the driver of the vehicle that fled and cited him after information was exchanged with the owner of the damaged vehicle.
A scruffy-looking man, possibly intoxicated, attempted to steal beer from a store on First Avenue East North and caused a ruckus afterward. He was arrested for misdemeanor theft.
A woman was cited for shoplifting after an incident at a store on Hutton Ranch Road.
Early Monday, shortly after midnight, a man caused a disturbance at a home in the 1100 block of First Avenue West. He ended up being arrested for violating a restraining order held by the reporting party’s mother.
A business on the 900 block of South Main Street reported that a couple of customers had credit cards stolen from wallets.
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a criminal mischief report from an address on U.S. 2 west of Kalispell at 8 a.m. Saturday.
There was another incident of criminal mischief on Fourth Street West in Hungry Horse.
A Lower Valley Road resident reported a theft.
Another theft was reported at a Shady Lane residence.
There was a report of criminal mischief on Airport Road south of Kalispell.
Someone called about a vicious animal on East Evergreen Drive Saturday just after noon.
There was another theft report on Shady Lane in Evergreen.
Someone calling from a Cynthia Drive address reported an assault.
A theft was reported from a Marjorie Street address in Columbia Falls.
Someone reported a theft at an address on U.S. 2 in Coram.
There was a report of a physical disturbance at a West Cottonwood Drive address.
And there was a theft report at a Quarter Horse Lane address just before midnight.
Early Sunday, there was a burglary report at a Cascade Drive address.
There was a trespassing report at a U.S. 93 address south of Kalispell Sunday morning.
There was a theft report from a Holt Drive address in the Bigfork area.
There was a burglary report at a Spill Lake Road address in the Bigfork area.
Someone reported a theft at a Trumbull Canyon Road address in the Columbia Falls area.
Someone calling from a Ridgewood Drive address reported an assault Sunday evening.
