Glacier blows by Capital

Lexy Boschee had 19 kills, three blocks and 16 digs as the Glacier Wolfpack volleyball team swept visiting Helena Capital on Friday 25-15, 25-22, 25-21.

The Glacier coaches had worried a bit about a letdown after Thursday's huge win over Helena High, but the Wolfpack came out strong.

"I was proud of the way the girls came out and took care of business," said Glacier coach Christy Harkins.

"Lexy played a great game. She started the match with more digs than kills, which is really good for us. She was very aggressive tonight," the coach said.

And behind her, the rest of the team played solid volleyball.

Glacier (8-2) is off now until Thursday when it plays host to Missoula Big Sky for senior night.
