With the exception of Essex and Pleasant Valley, all polling places open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Tuesday on Election Day.
Absentee voting closes at noon the day before the election. Any ballots mailed to a voter must be returned the the County Election Department by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
