Margaret Cornell, 19, of Kalispell is an intern with the Washington State University Police Department, where she is a sophomore studying criminal justice. Cornell has won the inaugural Tina Delong Griswold Scholarship, named for a police officer who was shot and killed in Lakewood, Wash., in November 2009.
