Witness blocks driver after accident

A witness to a hit and run collision followed the suspect to a business on North Meridian Road and parked behind the man’s vehicle. Kalispell Police officers were called after the driver became confrontational. Officers determined the man had a warrant for his arrest.

A man backed his vehicle into a storefront on West Idaho Street.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting on Hutton Ranch Road.

On Woodland Park Drive, a man allegedly assaulted a woman at a business.

Someone on Treeline Road said a man walked up and tried to open a vehicle while the reporting party was idling in a parking lot.

A hammock was stolen from a yard on Third Avenue East.

Someone took a wallet with $100 and food stamps from a vehicle on North Meridian Road.

A possible burglary was reported at a home on East California Street.

Sticks and stones  didn’t do any major damage to a home on East Evergreen Drive where children threw them at a house, Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies reported. One of the boys was told to stay away from the home.

Someone heard gunfire on East Lakeshore Drive, but deputies were unable to find any suspicious activity.

A woman on Conrad Drive was taken to a hospital with scratches and bruises, but she wouldn’t cooperate when asked who had assaulted her.

On U.S. 2 East, a man in a Jeep was seen hitting a woman. Deputies were unable to find him.

Someone reported seeing a motorcycle on Haskill Mountain Road in Kila that had been stolen nine years ago.

There were no injuries after a hit-and-run collision on South Cedar Drive.

A woman in Great Falls called to tell deputies she thought her sister was being abused on Stratford Drive.
